Turkish Coffee is an ancient tradition, but Turquoise Turkish Coffee takes it to an entirely new level. For the first time, Turkish Coffee is crafted using exceptional specialty-grade Arabica beans from the highlands of Northern Vietnam—a region known for its rare and exquisite coffee. Unlike conventional Turkish Coffee, which often relies on lower-grade commercial blends, Turquoise is a revolution in quality and taste.
We honor the centuries-old Turkish Coffee brewing tradition while elevating it with modern specialty coffee precision. This is the level of quality that may have once been reserved for sultans and royalty in history. Now, it is your turn to indulge in the finest Turkish Coffee experience. Whether you prepare it with a cezve or automatic Turkish Coffee machine, Turquoise delivers an unparalleled experience in every cup.
Brewing Turkish Coffee is an art form that requires patience, precision, and high-quality ingredients. Follow these detailed steps to prepare the perfect cup:
You will need a cezve (or sauce pan), fresh cold, filtered water, Turquoise Turkish Coffee, and optionally, sugar to taste. Use a demitasse cup for serving.
Use one heaping teaspoon of coffee per cup (about 6,5-7 grams per 60ml of water). If you like your coffee sweet, add sugar before heating – traditionally, Turkish Coffee is prepared with no sugar (sade), a little sugar (az şekerli), medium sugar (orta şekerli), or sweet (şekerli).
Place the cezve over low to medium heat. Do not stir once heating begins. Allow the coffee to gradually heat up, forming a thick foam at the surface. This process should take about 3-5 minutes.
Return the cezve to the heat and allow the foam to rise again, then remove. Repeat once more if desired for an even richer texture.
Slowly pour the coffee into your cup, ensuring that the foam remains on top. Do not stir once poured, as Turkish Coffee is meant to settle natul sips and savor the unique flavor profile. Traditionally, Turkish Coffee is accompanied by a glass of water and a small sweet treat like Turkish delight.
